Terry and Sarah,
both full time working potters with over 25 years of experience, will share
openly their ongoing adventure in their work and life. Demonstrating excellence
in the exploration of ideas, design, marketing and the technical processes of
making unique artwork will be the focus of these two days.
Terry enjoys
talking about pots almost as much as making them. He will bring to this
workshop over 30 years experience as a full-time potter as he explores many
techniques of throwing, hand-building, glazing and marketing. He may even
delve into some of the mysteries of the creative process and ponder upon why we
are driven to make things from clay.
Sarah is passionate
when sharing the process she uses to create her work, demonstrating on the
wheel, altering, & carving etc… She loves to share her personal journey as
an artist and potter as well as the keys to success in business! Her enthusiasm
for life and clay is contagious!
